Can I take the course all in one day or do I have to do it across seven days?

If you have the time to do it all at once, you can, but it’s just effective to split up the course over a few days or seven days as it was designed, so you can really take in the content and fit it into a busy schedule.

 

What is the best way to consume the content for this course?

Listen to the recordings, watch the corresponding videos and fill out the PDF worksheets for each day of the course and take the final quiz at the end to receive a certificate of completion.

 

What do I have to get on the final quiz to pass and complete the course?

80% (8 out of 10 questions correct).
